RAMA CAMP/DIRANG TO TAWANG VIA SELA PASS

Clothing & Warm Wear:
- Comfortable warm clothing, including:
- Woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets, or warmers
- Heavy Winter Jacket
- Rain jacket or poncho for unexpected weather (Mandatory)
- T-shirts:
- Cotton long-sleeve and short-sleeve t-shirts
- Pants:
- At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants recommended)
- Accessories:
- Gloves, sunscreen (minimum SPF 40), and lip balm
Footwear:
- Breathable hiking shoes with good grip
- Flip-flops or sandals
Personal Accessories:
- Toothpaste, toothbrush, paper soap, or hand sanitizer, Wet wipes
- Menstrual hygiene products
- Mosquito repellent/ointment
- Cold creams, body spray, sunscreen, and lip balm
- Small towel
- LED torchlight
Backpack:
- A sturdy rucksack bag.
- A smaller day pack for essentials
- Waterproof backpack cover
- Two reusable water bottles
Medication:
- Personal medicines (if any)
- Medicines for altitude sickness (e.g., Diamox)
- Additional medications for headaches, diarrhea, motion sickness, etc
- Glucose powder, Dettol, bandages, and cotton
Travel Accessories:
- UV-protected sunglasses
- A sun cap and a woolen cap.
- Power bank
- Waterproof phone pouch
